Positive steps:
The main weapon that the dark force has used to lure mind is 'attachment'. This attachment has many forms:
- attachment to family/relationships/ people
- attachment to financial aspects
- attachment to any notion of freedom
The list is even more exhaustive. But all these are subsets of one main feeling 'attachment to an emotion'. When one gets involved in an emotion, s/he blocks her/his entire awareness in that emotion. For example, when one is angry, s/he conducts an act of violence because of his/her attachment to the feeling of anger. When too much of awareness gets trapped in the feeling of anger, violence keeps increasing and can lead to more severe negetive acts like killings.
Another example of attachment to emotional status is fear. When we are afraid of something, our awareness is too much focussed on fear itself rather than the act through which we can come out of that fear.
Emotional attachment can be overcome in one way by grounding one's awareness wrt a particular emotion. Ie rever to the core. If there is too much of anger and this may lead to violence, bring your awareness to the wider aspect ie FC or consciousness as being the core of all. Then the anger fades away. When one's energy is being wasted by indulging into thoughts of past and possibilities arising therefrom, one can again revert to the core. After sometime, a person will be able to distinguish his/her own deeply originated thoughts from those that are being conveyed by the dark force.
