My experiments and interferences

Its been many days since I've been sensing lot of astral interference in my energy system (around my nose, spinal cord, inbetween eye brows, crown). I observe this interference and then try to bring my mind back to my core essence. Then try to dissolve this odd energy around me in the core essence. But today, while doing the alexander technique, I was not successful. The interference was maximum in my energy system. I could first feel it in my spine, then point between my eye brows and then in my throat. But finally, I started doing eye energy movements. This did help. But off and on, interference comes back.
When I was doing power walking today, it was dark outside and I was the only one walking (it seems). Suddenly a deep fear came in my mind. As though footsteps following me and trying to take over me. I looked back. There was nothing. Again, started walking. But the fear creeped in. After completing my walk, I came in and tried this:
I said to myself: "The fear in my mind is submitting itself to my core essence. It is merging in my core essence, which is all powerful. This fear will not cause my mind to be hijacked when I die, so that I can dissolve peacefully. Then did tonglen breathing with this intend, as I did initially for dissolving the astral force.
