I try to work out everything with my core essence these days. For finding out which food or item suits my kids, I assume that my core essence is expanding to reach theirs and then do energy testing on that particular food or item. After that, I visualize that my core essence is again back in me. But have to ascertain whether or not its safe to do so. My energy testing gives a 'strengthening' response.
