FC is aware of every experince/phenominon?

Is every experience/phenominon already know by FC? ie everything that occurs is pre-planned and is destined to be that way?
FC is non dualistic in unmanifest form. So, in that form, it does not require anything at all. But it manifests because of the required experiences. When FC manifests, needs are generated because of flow of experiences. (FC is a silent 'obeserver' of all experiences. It allows mostly any 'possibility' to take place, depending on the kind of situation. Specific possibilities can be avoided by careful energy testing and some possiblities can be materialized using strong and clear intent and energy testing. )
So, FC is as young as we (creation) are. If FC finds anything worthwhile to be updated across the species, it does so automatically because its actually the 'law of survival' of species running in manifestation. (There was a bird called 'dodo' which had come into existence. But this was a meek and docile bird. Could not even defend itself. Was too giving. So was widely hunt and killed. This specie got extinct and never came back again. Similar case with dinosaurs. These survived in particular weather conditions of that era. Now they will not be born as there are better adapted species on earth. However, they can be born on other planets, where life has to start and advance). In due course of manifestation, sophisticated technology such as aeroplanes, scientific machinery, etc has come into existence. FC could have known the technology for same if such inventions are done on other planets. However, I have my doubts if FC would like to manifest just for repeated experiences. So, under innumerable options (circumstances+experience), FC lets events materialize and lets them unfold by being a silent observer. (Here law of karma comes cause and effect for one particular incarnation and its related experiences. This law takes effect because of the kind of choices a being makes in its incarnation. This is not the astral law I'm talking about).
So, when I asked Philip that does all the music he compose is already a part of FC, it needen't be necessarily true. As Philip composes, FC might be silent observer to composed music. Astrals may be relaying the 'already known' phenominon.
